Personally, I have struggled with anxiety for years. Reiki and Intuitive Healing have offered me another way to live my life, a life grounded in clarity of myself and my surroundings.

I am born and raised in North Vancouver and previous to discovering Reiki in 2019 I have been working in our community as an RMT. I have been so blessed to be working in this field and helping people reach their physical and health goals. Helping people experience peace in body, mind, and soul is one of my greatest passions and I have so much gratitude that now I am able to use Reiki and Intuitive Healing to support my clients in their journey. My dream is to show people that it is possible to live in a state of harmony and balance with a clear sense of self. I have spent my life following my passion for the healing arts and plan for continuous growth and education in this field.

When I am not working you can find me getting the most out of what our beautiful community has to offer but most likely you will find her near the ocean or mountains with her kids, husband and pup.
